Service Description
Class will start by warming up muscles and stretching in various positions. We will then practice specific, progressive gymnastics or sports skills that will be utilized throughout class. Participants will then follow a rotation of stations that will include: agility exercises, balancing on various equipment, jumping over objects and off spring boards, bar work, and progressive handstands, cartwheels, and rolling. Class will conclude with a review of skills and life lessons learned. Class will be approximately 35 minutes. No Class on February 4th.
